Curriculum Vitae

I’m a writer, podcaster, mental health advocate, and co-founder of The Big Feels Club

Most recently I was commissioned by the ABC to create the No Feeling Is Final podcast, a six-part narrative memoir series which serves as an intimate portrait of the failings of the mental health system.

Prior to that I created the Starving Artist podcast (debuted #1 iTunes Arts), and cult-hit Being Honest With My Ex podcast. My writing has received millions of views online, having written for The UN, ABC News, Fairfax, NewsCorp, and VICE. In 2015, I created a successful campaign for the review of Medicare funding, and have exhibited my artwork at the NGV, the Gallery of NSW, and PICA, as well as having sell-out runs at Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Beyond my creative work I work as a consultant and trainer in the mental health system, and specialise in using lived experience to design more humane services.
